Except for procedures related to Cabana’s sponsored ETF products, Cabana does not vote proxies on behalf of clients. Cabana may respond to a client question regarding proxy-voting matters in an effort to assist the client in determining how to vote the proxy; however, the act of voting, and the final decision of how to vote the proxy, rests with the client.
